Shipping Policy

To maintain low shipping costs, we will generally choose an economical shipping option based on your location and the size of the order.

The shipping time depends on the warehouse location. Most of products ships from US warehouses. Orders for goods delivering from US warehouses will be delivered in 1-5 business days plus 1 day processing time (Monday-Friday).

All orders are handled by the third-party fulfillment centers. Some orders that have more than one item may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different days.

Please note that there is no weekend service for most of the shipping services. Therefore, a package that leaves fulfillment center on a Saturday or Sunday does not actually reach the shipper until Monday.

Tracking number is available as soon as the order leaves fulfillment center. It may take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the forwarder's (shipping agent’s) system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

Orders delivering from overseas warehouses will take 1-3 weeks. Once the parcel reaches your country, it will be handed over to your local carrier for the final leg of delivery.

Please note that some items may ship directly with DHL, FedEx or UPS and takes 2-5 days, plus 1 day processing time. Delivery may require signature confirmation depending on the delivery service utilized.Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Returns

We have a standard 30-day return policy on all products and extended 90-day return policy for some products (which will be shown on a product page of a particular product)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thunderblink.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
